🌽🌻 Farm Update from Southern Palmetto Farms! 🌻🌽

The fields are looking a little different every day, and we wanted to share a quick update!

🌽 Sweet Corn: Our corn is still developing and maturing. It’s coming along slowly, and we’re getting closer! We were so thankful for the much-needed rain Sunday evening. Please keep praying for more rain—we desperately need it to help our crops continue to thrive.

🌸 Zinnias: They are absolutely showing off! The fields are bursting with beautiful blooms, and the zinnias will continue blooming for several more weeks, making for a colorful summer visit.

🌻 Sunflowers: They’re starting to peek through and tease us with little glimpses of bright yellow! We can’t wait to see the fields come alive.

📅 Flower Festival Update: We’re tentatively planning to open July 10–12, with another weekend to follow. We will be open evening hours which will be announced. We’ll share all the details, admission information, and hours very soon!

Southern Palmetto Farms is a family owned farm located in Aynor, SC. We offer exploration, educational experiences, and fun for the whole family. Activities include a mini cotton maze, a corn maze, tractor pulled wagons, play area for kids, petting and feeding area with farm animals, and lots of other fun adventures along the way! Owners Heath and Stephanie Squires are proud to be able to be a part of the farming life. Heath has deep roots in farming as they were both raised on farms. Heath is a fourth generation farmer. Heath & Stephanie have two beautiful daughters, Emily and Lainey who are excited about the adventures ahead with Southern Palmetto Farms! - We promise to help family & friends harvest memories to last a lifetime!
